“Communicated with Belsy on Saturday morning that the shower was not draining - didn't hear from Belsy until I was sent what to do for check out Sunday morning. Was surprising since Belsy was very communicative on what was needed or required from us. Not what I am used to from Vrbo.”

“Over all it was nice, but we could not for the life of us figure out the television, so my grandkids were upset that we couldn’t see it, and one of the beds in one of the rooms kept falling in I think the board wasn’t holding up or something, my son and daughter in law slept in that room they said it was not comfortable at all.
