「We had a great stay at this property. Perfect way to reconnect and getaway from the busy day to day. My husband, 3 year old and I enjoyed the beach access to the lake, the comfort of the home and the ease of getting into town to get essentials and get back to relaxing at the lake. 「L O V E D this property and the area around it. They have really done an amazing job to include just about anything you could truly need. I adored the glass refrigerated waters. A washer and dryer- the puzzles . The only issue I had was with the WiFi, ( possibly from the storms), thankfully it wasn’t pertinent this time so it was nice to unplug. 10/10 I would happily stay again 💙」

「This was a guys trip for biking. Location was great and the house was perfect. The coffee and creamers were a nice touch. Place was decorated really nice and super comfy. Area was quiet but very close to everything. The interstate is really close so you could get anywhere pretty fast. Garage was great for storing the bikes. The house was really cozy and well stocked. Definitely stay here for another bike trip.」

「This was the perfect place for my friend and I to stay during our girls trip to the NWA area. The beds are comfortable with very nice sized rooms. The whole place is well furnished and very clean. You do have to walk around the house and down a hill to get to the entrance however that was not a problem for us. The view from the door is beautiful. There’s a place to hang bikes and even a fix-it station.」

「We brought our family down to Bentonville for a nice weekend getaway. They managed to squeeze four bedrooms and three baths into this house and still somehow make it feel very spacious. And we managed to squeeze all five of us into the master bedroom closet as a tornado passed through town and took down trees all around us. Our car was (likely) totaled, as was the grill and some of the patio furniture. But the house, and thank fully us, remained intact. 10/10 would recommend. Stay safe out...

「We have stayed at this property since 2013. It was great then and continues to improve. The cleanliness for an older renovated farmhouse is unmatched. Country living at its finest. Close enough to go to Elkins or to Fayetteville for whatever you want to do with a short commute back. I would recommend this house to anyone I know. Thank you Patricia for being a great host!
