“Very nice old Inn with very welcoming staff. Good room and queit as at the back of the courtyard overlooking fields. Really nice meal, very well cooked and presented generous proportion,accompanied by an excellent ale to wash it down. We'll definitely be staying again. Our only critisism was having the radio playing in the bar and eating area. It would be much less distracting and a more relaxed atmosphere if it was just music playing. Many thanks, Terry. ”

“All staff were very professional, helpful and courteous at all times. The room was easily 5***** and exceptional value. The food and service in general were second to none. I would most definitely recommend this hotel to visitors both social or business stays. We will very definitely be saying there again. “Lovely country pub, with easily accessible rooms with motel-style parking. Only negative with our room (7) was the rain shower with a silly design, no chance of a shower without getting your hair wet - not always ideal for ladies! But nice with a walk-in shower! The cooked breakfast was great.”

“Our room was very clean. Check in was very smooth. You have to register your vehicle at check in to get parking. I myself am coeliac ,and the staff in the resteraunt were absolutely brilliant. They went out of there way to give me all my gluten free food for breakfast. Will definitely be staying there when I need somewhere to stay in that area . ”

“ This is a wonderful B&B tucked away in the Northamptonshire village of Brigstock. We stayed in The Willow room for 2 nights. The room has a super comfy king size bed, with that home from home feeling. The roll top bath and walk in shower was a pleasant surprise! Sam was the most gracious host, her attention to detail, super breakfast choices, and cookie treats in our room. We will most definitely be back to Swallows Rest on our next UK visit, and have no hesitation in recommending a stay here.”
