「Upon arrival, it appeared that the kitchen had not been cleaned at all. We had to wipe down the interior of the refrigerator and freezer before using. 「Really expected more from the pictures & reviews. The most accurate review was the 4/10. The property was overall dirty. The microwave handle was broken & the other place to open it was sticky. The floors looked like they hadn't been properly cleaned in a long time & several spots were extremely sloped. The linens didn't smell fresh. There was animal hair on the couches & exposed nails on one of the arms. The steps to upstairs were dangerous, one step was broken & the light at the top of them...
