Villa built in 2018 years includes a bedroom of 14 m2 with bay window overlooking the mountains and a bedroom of 13m2. Very good bedding - 2 double bed and 1 double sofa.

An apartment located at 5200 EMBRUN, between Gap and Briançon at the foot of the Les Orres and Risoul ski resorts and the SERRES PONCON lake,

The apartment is self contained on the ground floor of the villa, with 3 large bay windows overlooking the mountains and the town of Embrun. Independent entrance, garden, terrace, Wifi.

Cars will be parked on the large enclosed forecourt of the villa / free /.

It is located a 10-minute walk from the SNCF train station and the shopping street with bars, restaurants. shops...

Venu pour participer a l Embrunman

Maison/appt bien située sur les hauteurs d Embrun, très calme. Proprietaire sympathique. Confort global excellent. Petit point d amélioration au niveau du coin cuisine avec des ustensiles vieillissants et juste 2 plaques de cuisson gaz avec un bonbonne à allumer en dessous. Je recommande avec grand plaisir. Bien cordialement
