We were upgraded to sea view room, which is amazing. The view from Ravello is very different from Amalfi/Positano. It is very peaceful and relaxing. 「Our unit was so clean and spacious. Vincenzo arranged car service from NAPLES for us, and it leaves you at the square since no cars are allowed through the square. Once we reached the residence, Gerardo was very sweet and helped us with our luggage on the stairs to the apartment. The unit has all the essentials and its location is very convenient to the square, busses and ferries. Vincenzo was always available, but unfortunately I was unable to be reached at times due to not having service...

Poor WiFi facilities in hotel. Why say free WiFi in hotel . Suggest change better routers to improve WiFi as 4- stars hotel — this is not met the level」
