About this property

Affordable Oceanfront w/ Private Pool!

  • During Hurricane Florence, our home suffered extensive damage, thus was fully renovated in 2019 - including all new kitchen cabinetry and bathroom vanities with granite tops, new furnishings throughout, custom tiled walk in showers, all new flooring, lighting, etc. We live fairly close by and strive to keep our home impeccably maintained and well stocked.

    We are an Oceanfront, 5 bedroom, 4 bath duplex with a private pool. Beds are K,K,Q,Q,D,T. Even though we are a duplex, the pool is exclusively for our side. It is located directly off of the main living area, is fenced in, and is a wonderful extension to the inside living space.

    Weekly (Saturday to Saturday) stays only. All bed and bath linens are included with weekly rentals. No Pets and No Smoking Property.

Great Vacation Rental!

We absolutely loved this house! It was perfectly designed for large families, it was extremely clean, stocked with EVERYTHING you could possibly need, and the location was excellent! We loved everything about our stay and can’t wait to go back!

Amazing House

We have stayed at a lot of beach houses over the years and this one is our absolute favorite. The house is set up perfectly for a large group and very well stocked. Our kiddos loved the pool, actually we all did.

The home was perfect for our family beach vacation! The pool was especially a treat, clean and the right size for us from Grandpa to our 6 year old grandson! We were especially pleased with how clean everything was and loved the equipped kitchen! We would love to return sometime! The owners were great with communication too!

The property is in a great location with direct easy access to a beautiful uncrowded beach. The private pool is small but adequate. The house is comfortable and well equipped to accomodate my large family.

Great beach vacay!

Everything about our stay was wonderful. The ocean is so close that you see and hear the surf easily from the balconies. The pool was bigger than I thought it would be and we spent a ton of time in it. Well-appointed home that was attractive and comfortable, hosted by a super nice and very communicative couple.

Wow, what a great family vacation!

My family had a great stay here! The beach was beautiful, and the pool was an added benefit! The house was fully equipped with everything we needed. The layout was perfect for multiple groups. The shops and restaurants were a little far from the house, so I would suggest renting bicycles. Overall, it was an awesome trip - would definitely go back to this house!

This was an amazing house for our extended family vacation!! Excellent communication with the owners prior to our stay; they promptly answered all questions regarding the property. Comfortable furnishings, a well stocked kitchen, plenty of bath towels (a few more kitchen towels would have been nice to have on hand), and the view/location on the beach... perfect! We had a wonderful time!! Hope to return in the future!!

Our 4th time here, and could not love this place more. Many happy memories made at this beach house with our daughters, their hubbies and our grandkids! The house is perfect. It is spotlessly clean, bright and fresh throughout, with great oceanfront views and deck access from main living area and three of the five bedrooms! Bedrooms are spacious with unbelievably comfy mattresses, this assessment coming from someone with a ruptured lumbar disk. Bathrooms are beautifully updated with walk in showers and a full tub for the kid’s room. The living room furniture is quality made, beautifully upholstered, clean and very, very comfortable. They have a great selection of new puzzles. The kids loved them!The kitchen is fully stocked with new, quality cookware and beautiful, beachy vibe tableware. Meal prep was fun and quick because we easily found anything we needed. The pool is perfect. We come in mid May and although the pool is not heated, it’s always warm enough to swim in. Our family loves this location because it’s close to everything we love doing. It’s a fun, very safe, family friendly place. Our sincere thanks to the owners for sharing their beautiful beach home with us every year.

Perfect in every way

We’ve been coming to Emerald Isle 1-2x year for 10 years now, and this, by far is our favorite beach house. Lovely decor, comfortable seating and beds. This was our second stay here, and it was as spotlessly clean and well appointed as ever. We love that there are three oceanfront bedrooms with walk out decks and quality rockers/seating. Also love that we don’t have to carry groceries to the top floor. Great views of the beach, just steps away. Everyone loves the pool. Already booked our third return. This beach house is pure bliss!

This house is such a great find. The pool was fantastic and the access to the beach was so close. Everything you could need was there and linens and towels were in great shape. Beds were soft. The whole vibe of the house and location was relaxing. It was perfect for our group of six. The downstairs area was fine for us, bit it may get crowded with more people. We were far enough from the pier that we felt a little safer in the water, but close enough to go to the pier to fish. Aquarium is so close and a short drive to Beaufort. Close to Publix and Food Lion. We will consider booking here again in the future!

AMAZING

The house was beautiful, well stocked, clean, fantastic location, pool was great. Pool light didn’t work, contacted owner and they got back to me immediately with a response. Owner was VERY nice and extremely responsive to any questions we had. Not sure if it is in the discrimination, the grill is charcoal not gas. There was charcoal available when we got there. Highly recommend this beautiful home!
