Overall, this place was clean. Nice views of and proximity to the ocean. The kitchen had everything we needed for our stay. And the appliances appeared to be new. We enjoyed the picnic table and the hot tub on the back deck. I would recommend that the sofas get a good cleaning. We covered them with bedsheets while we were there. The furniture is pretty worn and dated, but usable. The bedroom in the corner of the house closest to the hot tub needs a new mattress as it sinks in the middle. The grill was completely rusted and legs collapsed when we tried to move it from under the house to grill our food, so there is no grill at this time. We let the management company know the first day we were there via email about the grill.
