We enjoyed our stay, but the check-in process was ridiculous.

We arrived early afternoon and our unit was already cleaned and ready, but the check in people at Bluewater would not give us our check-in packet with keys until exactly 4 o’clock when they were telling everyone to show up at the exact same time 4 o’clock. They even showed us the packet And said you had to wait this seems ridiculous
