「The biggest problem was that they had no record of our reservation which was confirmed and paid for through Expedia 10 days earlier. I did try to confirm with them 4 days prior to arrival as my wife and daughter have not received any instructions regarding check in. No response! It took me 2 hours to try and sort this out - I am in Canada and was texted by my wife at 3:30 am my time. Once this big problem was sorted out , my family was very impressed. BETTER COMMUNICATION WOULD BE WONDERFUL!! 」
