“We were a group of 9 who were in Italy for a Dragonboat race in early September. Allesandro's property was perfect for all of us and was very much as described. The decor was interesting and fun, we enjoyed spending time in the front room with lots of space for all of us to relax on the sofas there. There were plenty of linens for the beds and lots of towels not only for use in the house but more than enough for our trips to the beach (a short walk away) as well. We arrived to find a basket……

“Schon mehrfach haben wir in diesem tollen Ferienhaus einen wunderbaren Urlaub verbracht. Das Haus ist voll ausgestattet und sehr gepflegt; alle notwendigen Utensilien und vieles mehr sind vorhanden. Besonders gut hat uns der großzügige Garten und der Pool gefallen. Luca und Teresa sind überaus freundliche Gastgeber und sind stets zur Hilfe, wenn es Fragen oder Wünsche gibt. Wir kommen wieder.”

“Das Haus und die Lage waren wunderschön. Im Haus war alles vorhanden, was man brauchte.Als wir dort waren, war es sehr heiß. Eine Klimaanlage wäre in der Nacht sehr schön gewesen, aber es ging auch so. Insgesamt, kann man das Haus wirklich weiterempfehlen. Wir kommen auch gerne wieder.”

“Nous avons beaucoup aimé l'ambiance de la maison et son environnement. C'est une maison avec beaucoup de charme et de personnalité. Elle est lumineuse, bien équipée et soigneusement décorée. La vue est très belle de toutes les pièces. Le lieu est facilement accessible et proche de nombreux sites d'intérêt, tout en demeurant très calme. Le contact avec le propriétaire a été très agréable et le panier d'accueil généreux. Nous avons eu quelques soucis avec le chauffage mais cela a été réglé……

“leider entsprach es nicht ganz dem was wir uns gewünscht haben. Auf den Fotos hat es Rasen. Als wir ankamen gab es nur Sand, Dornen und Tannennadeln. Sodass wir am Tag 2-3 Dornen dem Hund entfernen mussten. Auch die Kinder standen auf Dornen. wir konnten somit den Garten mit Kind und Hund nicht benutzen.... Die Dusche wie auch die Küche mussten wir putzen und unter den Betten gab es Staub der älter als 1 Woche war. Nicht gerade toll. einen Dampfabzug gibt es jedoch ohne Abzugsrohr! und das eine……

“What a lovely apartment in a beautiful part of Italy. It has everything you need and plenty of space. There's a shared terrace and swimming pool. The owners are very friendly and always available. We had a wonderful experience.”

“We came to Italy to compete at the Dragonboat Club Crew World Championships. We are a big team so having such a beautiful large and spacious accommodation made our experience very memorable. We could relax after a long day of competition and find many private areas when we were looking for solitude. I strongly recommend this property to any sports team looking for accommodation. We even hired a private chef to come every other night. Made our liver very convenient while the food was delicious.”
