"Very solid motel with small “living room” setup with a fireplace for winter and covered area with picnic tables by back lawn for good weather. Our room had 1 king bed with nightstands on either side (a big plus for us), good-sized table and two solid chairs, spacious bathroom with updated amenities and nice towels, microwave and minifridge, and a half-dozen hangers (another big plus for us). Also a rocking chair! Lamp with USB ports and outlet plugs took care of our phone and device charging needs. Included breakfast was VERY basic—cereal, packaged muffins, and sliced bread for toast. The Sheetz or Dunkin Donuts just down the road are better options. Two convenient gas stations also just up the road, great for gassing up our motorcycles before hitting the road."

"Beautiful property right in the middle of the best elk viewing areas. Private and peaceful. Everything was perfectly clean and had all the essentials for our stay. The area itself is beautiful with lots of wildlife and nature."

"According to the photos that were on the site, bedding was included. When we arrived and contacted the host, he said that bedding and towels were not included but he could provide them for a small fee. The site said "No Hidden Fees". To us, that was a hidden fee. He also told us that we received an email stating bedding was not included, however we did not. This is something important and it should have been clearly stated. Having to go and purchase bed sheets, pillows, blankets and towels are not cheap. If we knew this in advance we would have brought our own instead of spending money on this. There were tripping hazards on the kitchen floor and other small issues, like no kitchen dish soap and etc. This is a town that we visit frequently but this is one place we will not go back to and will not recommend."

"The property was very clean and the check-in process was very easy. The house is very attractive inside and out. Communication with the host was easy and Lisa was responsive but. honestly, we did not have any additional needs for which we needed assistance. The outdoor areas were very nice, but the weather was not cooperating enough for us to enjoy them. There were several less-than-ideal items as well: there were closets in the BR's for hanging clothes but noticed there were no dressers to store folded clothing. The house instruction booklet warned the fireplace remote control could be slow in getting the fireplace to ignite, but after trying many times to light it, we were unsuccessful. It seemed like the remote was not functioning because there was no audible beep when powering on. Both of these items did not really affect a couple of guys just out for a few days of fishing. We enjoyed our stay very much and would definitely return again. Thanks for allowing us to stay at this nice property."

"This is a beautiful cabin nestled in the valley of Pennsylvania Elk Country. There is a beautiful, blue river just yards away from the house, and a fire pit with comfy chairs that we put to use all weekend long. I would absolutely recommend this cabin to anyone looking for a relaxing getaway in a beautiful place. "

"Had another nice stay at Camp Can’t Keep Up. The place is well taken care of and the host is great to work with. Only issue we had was trying to get the satellite remote control to work. Other than that, (which wasn’t a big deal) we had a great time."
