I booked a standard room and wasn’t expecting much as I was unable to complete online check in prior to arrival. At check in (there was no line) they were very friendly and kind and gave me a complimentary upgrade to a 1 bedroom apartment style room. The room was great, spacious, clean and with a comfortable bed. The lounge room was large and a great place to entertain if you have guests joining you in your room. The bathroom had everything I needed - including a relaxing shower. Everyone I encountered at the hotel and restaurants were lovely. Highly recommend.
