The walls are paper-thin, you can hear neighbor's TV. There is a smell of mold in the room. The shared bath was not clean. The futons are very thin as well. The property is historic, yet well renovated, so we were comfortable. They also provide tea and cups of noodles at no additional cost if guests need a snack.
