"I booked this hotel as it had Parking stated for fee , however, upon arrival, no parking available, which made me have to go look for parking and roll bags around , also coffee machine broken. Hotel outdated overall. Great location though. If you’re there for a short period of time this is a good spot."

"The hotel areas are clean and modern. Our room was very run down, almost stuck in the 90s era with the decor. I try to pull out my charger from the socket and the whole socket came out the wall. Breakfast was lovely, staff really helpful. Great location I would just recommend updating the rooms."

"I chose to stay in Encamp because it was more affordable. The gentleman who greeted me at the front desk was very helpful, and he spoke several languages. The room was absolutely spotless. Not everything was modern or new, but everything was so clean! The town of Encamp is busier than I expected, especially at night. There was a lot of traffic and loud trucks, but I can’t blame the hotel for that. There’s no air conditioning, which is normal in Europe, and the weather has been much warmer than...
