「Madie’s place is a nice, chill place to stay. We had the whole place to ourselves because of having 8 people. It is an older place with all the rooms but one on the third floor and all bathrooms on the first so keep that in mind when booking because it’s not convenient and might be an issue for older people and young children. Besides that the only other negative is the condition and size of the bathrooms, very small besides one of them and old and dirty looking. The host was amazing her name...

「The room wasn't indentificated properly , got the wrong kind of room 」

「For the money we paid it was worth every penny. place was clean didn’t smell, and the staff was very friendly」

「Worst hotel I've ever stayed in. No natural ventilation. Smelt methane in the bathroom. At a time no hot water. No hot water to the sink. The sink not attached to the wall. No electrical wall outlets. The bathroom requires total renovation. The sheets were I would rate as second hand. In the time I spent there the room was never cleaned. 「Overall experience was excellent, the staffs are accommodating and warm.」

「Our room was perfect. The staff was above and beyond helpful, friendly and polite.」

「Whenever I travel to Manila for business, this hotel has always been my first choice. However, my most recent stay was quite disappointing. While I can accept that the facilities are getting old, the air conditioner was leaking water throughout the room during my stay. The floor became slippery, and I almost fell because of it. I have stayed here many times in the past and have always had a good experience, which makes this situation even more disappointing. Unfortunately, for my next business...

「Room were clean and staff was helpful」

「Room is big enough for a family to stay. Tho the soap and shampoo should be given each day. Needs to improve on racks for soap and shampoo in their bathroom. Also, the bathroom has stains on the tiles. Need to clean more. Tho we had a good stay, aircon cannot cool the entire area during summer. Ref is not working.」
