A wonderful beach house!

Our family had such a wonderful stay at this home! The location is awesome - a quick walk to the beach, or to downtown Encinitas to eat/drink/shop. We will definitely be back!

The location is great! Short walk to the beach and to shops and restaurants! The house was perfect for my family of 6! We will definitely stay here again!!

We were very happy with our stay. We loved that the beach was a quick stroll away. The beach gear was so nice to have, beach cruisers were an added bonus. Everything was well cared for and convenient. Would definitely come again!

Excellent Beach Stay

This place had everything we needed for a short stay. House was clean, well stocked kitchen and grill, garage for parking, outdoor shower and beach chairs, etc. The location is perfect and so close to moonlight. We enjoyed everything about the house and hope we can come back someday.

Perfect family beach home

Beautiful place with all the right amenities. Set up well with lots of beach toys and goodies. Quick, easy communication. Right near beach and great places to eat. Would absolutely stay here again and again.

Great place in great location

Went for a quick weekend getaway. Instructions and getting in were super easy. Lots of thoughtful touches and amenities on the inside to make for an easy weekend. Location is perfect, can get to beach and anywhere in town easily by walking. Outside patio is great too. Really great place. Thanks!

Perfect weekend getaway

We rented this house for a mini-reunion - and it was the perfect size, perfect location and perfect setting for our group of 50 year old college friends and some of our kids. Plenty of space to relax, catch up, share meals - or walk to shops, the beach or coffee. Directions and communications were clear and helpful - nice and thoughtful touches throughout the property made it a perfect weekend (or even longer) retreat.

Amazing time steps to Moonlight.

Spent 5 days and made years of memories. Weather was not on our side but we loved it anyhow. Location was amazing and the house was all we needed for our family of 4. We will definitely come back in the warmer months and hope this house is available.

Lovely Beach House & Great Location

We had such a relaxing, quiet, fun stay at this lovely, well-kept beach cottage snuggled right in the hear of Encinitas. Great house with happy vibes for our family of 5 with a fully-stocked kitchen. The owners have thought of everything! The host was quick to reply and thoughtful about our stay -- welcoming us and responding to any questions. The location cannot be beat - stroll to the beach or dinner, walk to your morning coffee at Lofty and the best is falling asleep and waking up to the sound of the waves. We can't wait to stay again!

PERFECT LOCATION!!

What a fantastic place! Loved this home and the location. Awesome space for older kids, so nice to have the separate beds and sleeping spaces. Absolutely perfect location, SO close to the beach, just a few minutes walk to Moonlight Park and Beach. Super close to restaurants, even a tennis court at the little park, so bring your rackets! We loved the boogie boards, beach chairs, bikes, and beach towels, plenty of everything! Loved relaxing and eating outside on the private spacious patio, such a treat, lovely, lovely space, would certainly stay here again. This is such a walkable lovely community, such a treat, thank you!

Great family get away

We wanted a family trip close to the beach where we could relax together. My husband and I have 2 young children ages 5 and 2. The proximity to moonlight beach is great. We went to the playground there with the kids multiple times a day. The house is fully stocked. Nothing was needed. You can tell the owners of the rental property take pride in their house. We felt very welcome

Fantastic!!!

This home is fantastic! Beautifully appointed and everything you need is provided for cooking. It is also so nice to have things like paper towels, Kleenex, shampoo, and other personal items provided. The location is perfect! Close to the beach and plenty of restaurants within walking distance. Renee is wonderful and very helpful in all her communications. The beds were very comfortable and the baths spacious. We enjoyed our stay immensely and will definitely return!! Thank you Renne!!

Great to work with

Renee was excellent to work with . Our flight was delayed by hours coming in from the east coast . Renee had the outside lights on for us as we arriving in the dark.. Renee was also wiling to work with us on the checkout process. The house was just as listed ! Perfect location ! Great time In Encinitas! Highly recommend this property !

Great Accomodations!

We selected this property for its location and layout. The correct number and size of beds is always important for our family of 5. The property manager’s instructions were prompt and well organized. The house itself has such helpful amenities (lots of beach towels, outdoor shower with hot water, soft clean linens, kitchen with many items for preparing meals.) We were so happy with the walkable location to the beach and restaurants. While we did have a rental car, it got to spend a lot of time in the nice clean garage. Thanks for a great stay Renee!

Excellent Vacation Home

The entire experience was wonderful. We arrived late at night and Renee took extra time to assure our 2.5 year old grandson had a mattress in the master bedroom awaiting his arrival, along with leaving the lights on for us. The home was immaculate and fully stocked. The beach was close enough to walk and we had a great time. Only issue was shower head in second bedroom did not work but we managed fine. We definitely will return next fall. Everything was perfect.

A nice older home,well maintained,with new double car garage/ laundry room. It’s very comfortable and spacious within minutes walking distance to beach and downtown Encinitas. Garage is a big perk here owing to parking near the beach being limited. Master bedroom has king bed and is separated from the other bedroom which has twin beds by a Jack and Jill bath. There is another twin bed on entry porch and another nice bath adjacent to the kitchen and great room. Great for family and we would certainly book it again. Not so good for couples seeking the privacy of two master suites

Beautiful Clean Beach!

We fell in love with this beach years ago when we decided to stay an extra day and just happened to land at the Moonlight Beach. So, now that our son is a teen and he gets to bring a friend we rented this home to have space and to cook for two hungry boys! The house was perfect the boys really enjoyed having their own door to the yard and really loved the warm water outdoor shower after the beach every day! The house was as described and the beds were comfy. There are a lot of spices to use so we didnt have to buy anything but our food and the kitchen was very well stocked. There was even soap and shampoo left behind so we left some sunblock and other little things for the next guests too! The best part for me was the privacy of the house. That tall pretty wood fence really makes you feel secluded though its in a busy neighborhood being so close to the beach its very private. My husband lost a set of keys on his first am walk he had a hole in his pocket. I called the owner right away and told her we were going to get some more made but she insisted she had plenty extra and was so nice about it. I would definately go back!
