"They have a great Manager Allin he has Transformed the place from an alcoholic center and drug dealing place one and a half year ago to a stable staying place.The problem they need to address is to have security walking around the property after 5pm because you still have very weird customers.they need to install cameras so they have access to the facility 24/7from the lobby its imperative the do that ASAP.Allin is a great manager but he is also a human being .What happens to the place when he is not there if you have no cameras.I travel all over the world and I have noticed that cameras prevent crime and scare dealers thieves away.Cameras and lights be security at night will make it a more competitive and desirable place to stay"

"The cottage was very clean, equipped with everything you could possibly need and was very comfortable. It was in a great location for us and the fenced yard was a bonus for our pups. Courtney was a great host from start to finish. If our travels bring us back to Encinitas we would definitely stay here again."

"Great stay for the price and proximity to the beach. It’s a motel so doors go to the outside. It’s very basic in decor but our room included a full kitchen with all you need to make a meal. Beds are not firm but not soft. In the middle. Check-in staff was quick to help at check in. Great location to downtown and all the restaurants. If you don’t need fancy, this is an excellent choice. "
