「My room door did not stay shut without locking it, compared to the pictures this room was nothing like it. The whole hotel seemed much more dated than the pictures implied. Windows had to be left open due to the heat, and I woke up smelling of cigarette smoke from the smoking happening directly below my room. All my clothes then smelt of cigarette smoke smoke, and I am not a fan of smoking, and choose not to smoke for a reason! Not impressed at all.」

「The hotel looks a lovely place but it lacked on customer service and hence the atmosphere was rather cold. There was only one nice waitress and actually talked to us. It is a shame as I represent many large companies and Travel Agents in the UK that are always keen to find the perfect hotel, place etc. for their events.

「After travelling many miles on a motorcycle in the rain, we accepted the offer to upgrade our room to one with a jacuzzi and balcony with a lovely view over the rooftops. The room was beautifully decorated and it felt very private on the top floor. We also used the lift which was convenient for carrying motorcycle panniers. The staff in the main building where we had breakfast were dressed in traditional costumes and were very helpful.」

Sonst alles in Ordnung.」

「 Zimmer sehr alt und überteuert. Völlig entäuscht」
