Fresh, beachy, convenient!
I stayed @ Nicholas’ property when their schedule & mine fit for over 8 weeks while ‘homeless’ following damage to my home during Hurricane Ian. The location was convenient to Dearborn St Farmers Market & shopping, beaches, and to check on my home as repairs commenced w/in 10 miles. This is a charming well equipped and pleasant unit and it was my pleasure to stay there during this Unexpected and difficult period. I’m grateful to Nicolas for his generosity and in helping me resolve more than one issue During my stay!

I find this unit ‘s open, beachy natural decor homey, and also has all necessary conveniences. Am also pleased because of its proximity to Dearborn St now that the Farmer’s Market is again open , as well as the newly opened live stage venue.

CHarming clean beachy vibe super responive owners painted pieces. ! Owner Nick was eremly esponsive
Super fresh & comfy natural beachy vibe with high end solid surfaces & stainless appliances.. Everyhing you need for all your dily needs. While evacuated from my house locally, Nick has been very communicative regarding options to address the uncertainties regarding the length of my stay.. A great find!

Loved the coziness of the place
This is our second time staying at this location. Location is convenient to downtown Englewood and a breakfast restaurant and ice cream store. Size is perfect for a couple. Cozy, safe, comfortable, perfect.

The bungalow was clean and comfortable and owner was helpful and responsive to any requests.
It was convenient and in a safe neighborhood.. I liked that I could park near the front door and the back yard was nice- enjoyed the hammock! The rental was cute and very clean. Also quiet!

What a cute place. Great location, close to the beach. The owner provided beach chairs, umbrellas, beach towels, etc. Appreciated the condiments that were left for our use. Netflix and strong internet were in the unit. Everything you need for a home away from home.

Perfect location
This little bungalow is adorable. I would have preferred it was a bit cleaner and that there were wash rags, however my daughter lives just two blocks away so I was able to get anything I needed from her! The manager was quick to respond and very open to the suggestions I’ve already me too Ed here, saying he would see to those things right away. That tells me this is someone I will want to do business with again in the future. We wish we were still there!

property in low income neighborhood with a lot of loud road traffic noise on main thoroughfare from businesses literally in back yard. Property within 15 feet of restaurants parking lot that does a lot of business. Property was updated and clean but not what we expected- also parking was in the yard.

Winter Getaway
We enjoyed our two week winter vacation here. The accommodations and amenities were perfect for 2. Bed was comfortable and the towels were new and plentiful. We were thankful for the spices and condiments left. The kitchen had everything you would need. We grilled most nights and when the propane ran out, Nick was available that evening to replace it (with a spare). Con: on the other side of the fence is a busy restaurant (opens at 7) and ice cream shop.

Delightfully Quaint
This property was perfect for my stay in the area. Plenty of room, clean, well stocked, safe & easy to locate on gps. The restaurant & ice cream shop was located next door was a bonus. Would definitely stay here again.

I booked this at the request of my father who was visiting for his last time before he moves to England permanently. The owner was extremely easy to deal with and priced appropriately. I visited my father for an afternoon and found the cottage to be warmly decorated and no detail left undone.

Wonderful place, great location!
We had the perfect stay at Nick's cottage. It's quiet, clean, totally renovated, easy to get to, has a well equipped fridge, and a really pretty side yard. My husband and I stayed with our toddler and they were able to provide us with a pack and play for our little one. We drove the 5 minutes to Englewood Beach every single day - it's nice being so close! We also frequented the Publix that is all of 2.5 blocks away for our food and supplies, the ice cream shop next door, and the many restaurants along Dearborn St also within walking distance. Nick is a great host - in great communication, very friendly and accommodating. We accidentally locked ourselves out the first day and he was there in 20 minutes to let us in. We appreciated his flexibility and hospitality! We will definitely be back!

Everything you need
A very pleasant place with a nautical theme. Everything worked properly and it was well-stocked. The owner is extremely helpful and available to help with any question or situation. And the price was very reasonable.

Wonderfully, cozy, and clean rental! Convenient and well equipped!
We found a new home away from home! It's cozy, convenient, clean, and equipped with everything you need while away from home. We enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay again. Very nice and quaint residence
The residence was very nicely decorated and recently updated. It was very cozy and relaxing and within minutes to the beach and 2 blocks from all the good restaurants. We had a great time here and hope to visit again soon.

Cute rental
My husband and I enjoyed this rental. It was the perfect size for two within walking distance to downtown Englewood. The rental was clean , well maintained, close to stores and beaches, with a beachy vibe. The owner Nicholas was always very prompt in answering any questions we had.
