Property had no soap available. I had to run to dollar general to buy soap. Black out curtains were ripped to shreads. Food from previous guests was still in refrigerator. I was originally given a room key that had people already staying in that room. Will never stay there again.

Everything about this hotel was horrible. Windows that don’t lock on first floor. They still have smoking rooms. Everything stunk. Furniture was falling apart. They had NO soap or Kleenex in the hotel at all. The only good thing I can say is that the shower pressure was good and we had hot water.

The curtains in our room were shredded, holes all over in them. The carpet was all stained and disgusting. There was no ice machine. Had to ask front desk to get soap in room. Honestly the worst motel I’ve been at. Well definitely not go back. The only good thing was the price. This motel needs a total make over.

We checked in and on the way to our 1st floor room saw the exterior door wide open for anyone to come in. We entered our room to a terrible smell. The window lock was broken so it could be opened from inside or outside. We changed rooms and the next room had a big smash in the door reminding me of The Shining movie. Bed base frame was broken and the “leather” sit down ottoman was ripped for about 12 inches. Didn’t try the continental breaksfast but it looked quite “old”. I wouldn’t stay here again if ther was no other place within 50 miles.

Danish and cold cereal is not breakfast. Check in -first room three visit and key did not work. 2nd room had damages: bench was peeling, vinyl curtain was ripped and held together with a pins. This place was awful and not at all as expected. Because of the poor conditions I inspected the mattress and found a small live bug crawling, either a bed bug or cockroach, under the fitted sheet to which I took a picture of. I immediately left, checked out and turned my room key in without staying. I asked for a refund or credit and they declined. I contacted Expedia and got zero support or help from them.

There was raised bran. And I believe frosted flacks. There was some sugar don't individual wrapping, a couple of one type of muffin thatqewfallingapart. Noprotein, very little milk and juice. A very sad breakfast bar. Therewas nosoapfor washing our hands in the room. When I asked for some art the front desk they said ther order has not come in and gave me the little bottles of shampoo and conditioner to use for hand soap. They had no ice.

Room was clean. Couch, tables, carpet look like they havent been replaced in 30+ years. Dingy, dirty looking and worn out. Black out curtains looked like a bear attacked them. Had multiple long tears and holes throughout. Electric outlets were very lose from electric box, bath missing a drain plug or any sort. Serious signs of wear and tear on all accessories in the room. More than normal wear and tear.
