"It was a fine stay. The room was cool with the projector for viewing and we loved the souvenir machine. We slept comfortably and the hotel was quiet. The room was fairly clean and water pressure was great for the shower. Free bottles of water in the room was nice as well. However the cafe closed early, the ice cream machine wasn't working and the rooftop bar was closed. The property had dust bunnies throughout and staff was sparse which made it feel a bit like a ghost town. "

"Everybody was so friendly and helpful with great Hiroshima hospitalities which is absolutely a top notch level and unforgettable accommodations. I what I was very impressed was, during our check in process, it was a small discrepancies occurred between hotels.com and hotel and kind of made us feel a bit chilly at the moment, however, she took care of everything and arranged the room very quickly as if nothing had happened in the beginning. We truly appreciate for her quick response for the issue and there rest of the staff were very helpful and friendly. We truly appreciate them.
