Great Hotel in the heart of enschede

The location of the hotel is great next to Train and Bus station and also right next to the city center. Most importantly, the staff are simply wonderful and extremely nice and always ready to help.

Poor heating in the room and toilet. outside temperature was at 0 deg celcius so heating definitely needs to improve. Fortunately hot water supply was good. Under the blanket was sufficiently was but blanket was very small considering the queen sized bed.blanket was smaller than the bed actually. Breakfast was pretty good, just the same dishes everyday. Location is good.

My experience at this hotel was a bit mixed. I was very happy the first time I stayed here about 10 years ago, but my most recent visit unfortunately was not quite as good. My room had an electrical problem which resulted in me having to switch rooms late at night, and I was placed in the handicapped room due to availability issues. My friend's room had a fairly severe plumbing leak in the washroom. Maintenance and quality control could use some improvement. Breakfast was great, and the location of the hotel is perfect if one wants to visit the town of Enschede.

Very much a ‘business’ hotel. Staff very friendly and efficient but bar area lacked atmosphere and had to wait for a receptionist to serve drinks. Room was clean and comfortable.

Very well located and handy to town and railway. The hotel is good, newish with airy rooms, comfortable beds, and average breakfast. Cleanliness can be better- I found fake lashes in my shower that scared the hell out of me as I thought it was a spider.

Nice, tidy and relatively quiet room with excellent views with large windows (corner room) towards city. Breakfast standard continental 4stars. Good location next to the railwaystation.

Perfectly located 5 minute walk to train to / from Amsterdam! Include the breakfast in your hotel stay - well worth it compared to most hotels offering same in USA. Quiet, clean, comfortable beds, friendly staff all spoke English. Helped us to print our train tickets.

The property location is great. The room and view were great. However, it is very hard to find the entrance. I searched for a bit lugging my suitcase and bags. Finally I got close to an area where I saw a sign that was facing the opposite direction and that is where the elevator was.

Very convenient to get to the train and bus stations. Close to a variety of stores and dining options. Got a room with a great view of the town. Kettle to boil water in the room. - No iron in the room; iron in the room is standard in every other hotel where I have stayed. - Mattress was somewhat uncomfortable. - Not enough pillows.

Service was great, cleanliness not so much

I felt like my room wasn’t really cleaned thoroughly. There was a long hair in the clean towel they provided and hairs in the shower. Gum sticking on the side of the bed. The staff was super friendly and helpful and the location is perfect.
