「If you are handicapped this is not a good property for you to stay at. If you have trouble with narrow, winding stairs you should avoid this one. The driveway needs grading badly. Air conditioning in a window unit. Only one person spoke English. Breakfast is expensive. Better to go into Fountainbleau.」

"Spotlessly clean and fresh with thoughtful decor. Comfy bed and quiet, apart from some late night arrivals. Breakfast nicely presented. Morning reception staff were very pleasant. They are strict about the 3pm check in, which is fine, but be aware if coming off a long haul flight, as I did. I managed to kill 4 exhausting hours by wandering the streets and drinking coffee. I arrived back at 2:58 to be greeted by a surly and rude afternoon receptionist. She said, "There are still some moments until 3pm and you must wait your turn." Yikes, all I'd done was walk through the front door! Sadly her attitude has become my lasting impression of this place....such a shame, as it's lovely and great value in sleepy Montparnasse."
