「Lovely hotel, very nice staff, clean rooms, great breakfast. I will come again. Just one thing: the staff didn't offer the VIP pass initially, which thankfully I knew about. But when I asked, they immediately gave it to me. Great hotel overall. Highly recommend.」

「Terrible experience. The most unhelpful and most unaccommodating management. Rude. The most basic place for the price of being in the centre of a ski resort like Verbier. No facilities in the rooms. Breakfast was basic. No hot food available. Middle of nowhere. Misrepresented photos of the place. Not a hotel but hostel. Watch the cancellation policy of 30 days! Stay away.」

First impressions were fabulous - from the moment we arrived in the Chalet stepping thro’ the imposing front door fatigue slipped away as our hosts greeted us with a professional, courteous and warm welcome.
