“Very nice. Fully equipped. Clean”

“We checked in for 3 night stay on 2/13/26. The place was very dirty to point that we decided to leave immediately for another place. Didn't even feel comfortable staying 1 night. Hair in the shower and around the toilet, stains on the couch and bed, moldy shower liner. There was just 1 sheet and 1 blanket on the bed, not even a sheet set or mattress pad. Contacted the owner right away who initially agreed to a 50% refund, then went silent. No refund received. Stay away from this place.”

“To be honest guys, we never stayed at this place. We were going to and had a change of plans. I would like you to know that Matt is a heck of a guy. We cancelled last minute. Our refund got denied through our insurance we bought. I contacted Matt, shortly after contacting him he stated that he understood and would refund us the full amount. Not many people do such things in today’s world. Thank you to Matt and his team. ”

“Place was super cute! I loved all the thoughtful additions that made the stay really feel like home. The apartment was also really close to all the events I had to attend. Janell was super responsive, even with automated AI replies. My only complaint was noticing a smell on throw blankets and throw pillow covers, which was easily resolved by a quick load of laundry. Other than that, my stay was perfect and I would book again if I ever found myself in Tacoma again.”

“This VRBO was awful! I wouldn't recommend it to anyone! The washing machine was filthy, the dryer vent was filthy, between the washer/dryer and the wall was full of dust, cobwebs etc. The agitator, for putting in softener, was filthy. The inside rim of the washer was filthy. There was no light over the washer/dryer to arrange clothes or check to see what the setting should be. The blinds on the windows didn't have proper closure. The blind on the patio window was missing two strips. The……
