Welcome to your perfect getaway in the heart of Ephraim, Door County! This charming condo is ideally situated within walking distance to many small shops and restaurants, and just a block away from the picturesque shoreline and waters of Green Bay. Whether you're seeking a romantic retreat or a fun-filled family vacation, our cozy condo offers the perfect blend of comfort and convenience.

Our condo features a comfortable bedroom with a queen-sized bed and a loft area equipped with two twin beds, providing ample sleeping space for up to four guests.

The fully equipped kitchen includes a stove, fridge, dishwasher, and microwave, along with all the essential cookware and glassware you'll need. Start your mornings with a cup of coffee on the private balcony, or unwind in the evening with a glass of wine while taking in the serene surroundings.

Guests also have access to a shared common outdoor area, complete with a seating area, a charming gazebo, and two grills, perfect for enjoying a BBQ with friends and family

There is coin laundry available on the first floor.

This is an upper corner unit that requires stairs. There are also stairs to the loft area with two twin beds.

Great location in Ephraim. We enjoyed the small balcony and the quiet backyard view. The air con worked hard to keep the unit cool, therefore the bedroom was warm. Could not get fan to work in bedroom-need some additional remote instructions. Unit was clean and thoughtfully appointed.
