Hotel and room was great! Looks to be new and modern. But as a lot of review state. The room is very warm and you are unable to open a window to cool the room.

Super Zimmer, sauber und hell. Alles da was man so braucht. Sogar ein Fön. Hatten das Doppelbett. Riesig und super bequem. Ein paar Getränke, Kaffee, Tee gabs auch. Snack und Bedarfsautomat war bereits sehr leer gekauft, aber wir hatten keine Not. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und gut zu erreichen - egal ob persönlich, Telefon oder Mail. Das Thema der Nachhaltigkeit unterstützte ich sehr und freute mich über jede neue Entdeckung dazu 🙂

Es wird von Mal zu Mal schlechter, schade! Letzend war es die Sauberkeit und diesmal hatte ich mich so auf das kostenlose Bier im Kühlschrank gefreut und stand da ne leere Flasche mit Deckel drin, das sollte man schon sehen oder merken Gewicht

Nettes kleines Zimmer für eine Person. Es war alles vorhanden, was man benötigt. Große Dusche, WC und Waschbecken, langes Bett (über 2 m). Service super! Es gab ein Problem mit dem Zimmercode. Hierbei konnte schnell und unkompliziert per Telefon geholfen werden.

Wir hatten einen super Aufenthalt im Tin Inn in Erkelenz. Zimmer und Bad waren sauber und gemütlich, die Ausstattung top. Ein kleines Problem mit dem Bistro-Automaten wurde nach kurzem Anruf innerhalb von wenigen Minuten gelöst, guter Service! Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt und kommen auf jeden Fall gerne wieder.

Simples einchecken. Sauber, gutes Konzept. Aber wir haben bei den aktuellen Temperaturen mit offener Tür geschlafen, weil es leider weder eine Klimaanlage gibt, noch kann man das Fenster öffnen. Es waren locker 35 Grad in dem Zimmer. Wir werden nur wiederkommen, wenn das behoben wird oder man im Winter anreist.

Zimmer war total dreckig und staubig. Die Bettlaken hatten Löcher und das Bett hatte einige Haare auf dem Laken so das man davon ausgehen könnte dass die Bettwäsche nicht gewechselt worden ist. VORSICHT: Die Fenster lassen sich nicht öffnen.

Anders als gewohnt, aber durchdacht

Man muss sich drauf einlassen, das Zimmer hat halt nur Containerbreite. Aber alles ist sehr durchdacht. Das Bett ist breit, 120cm, und komfortabel. Das Badezimmer ist auch gut, es gibt eine Kapsel-Kaffeemaschine und die Minibarfüllung ist auch im Preis inkludiert. Negativ: der Teppichboden hat mir nicht gefallen und das Zusenden der Zugangscodes hat nach der Buchung so lange gedauert, dass ich, erfolglos, versucht habe über hotels.com weitergeholfen zu bekommen.

Das Konzept ist wirklich gut durchdacht. Es gibt keine Rezeption. Man checkt online ein, erhält am Anreisetag einen Code per Email und mit diesem ab 15:00 Uhr Zugang zum Gebäude und seinem Hotelzimmer. Durch die Einsparung an Servicepersonal kann man dort super günstig übernachten. Die Zimmer (es handelt sich hier tatsächlich um ehemalige Transportcontainer) sind räumlich optimal ausgenutzt, modern eingerichtet und sehr sauber. Es gibt einige kostenlose Getränke in der zimmereigenen Minibar. Darüber hinaus besteht noch die Möglichkeit, sich mit verschiedenen Dingen wie Frühstücksflocken und Milch, Getränken, Snacks und auch Deo an einem im Treppenhaus befindlichen Automaten einzudecken. An dem Hotel gibt es rein gar nichts zu mäkeln. Einen Punkt Abzug gibt es aber dann doch: Wenn ich eine Woche vor Anreise feststelle, dass es Probleme beim Check-In gibt, dann MUSS - bei einem Hotel ohne Rezeption und Personal, wo man noch Dinge vor Ort klären könnte - zwingend gewährleistet sein, dass der versprochene Rückruf von der zuständigen Mitarbeiterin auch bitte tatsächlich erfolgt. Ich habe mein Problem sehr aufwendig selbst gelöst bekommen. Auf den Rückruf warte ich bis heute.

Es war alles top. Eine Anmerkung: Obwohl wir für 2 Personen gebucht hatten, gab es nur ein Handtuch. Außerdem wäre ein Duschvorleger super. Ansonsten alles tip top, sehr zu empfehlen!
