The property belongs to a complex of four minimal maisonette for short and long term rent and sale.
Each maisonette covers an area of 136 square meters and is characterized from minimal architectural aesthetics. It is situated in a land plot of 500 sqm in total which is landscaped a beautifully garden.
The structure is divided into two levels. The ground floor hosts one master bedroom with en suite bathroom, one double bedroom, one bedroom with two single beds and one bathroom. All bedrooms have immediate access to the garden and offer views to the sea. On the top level we can find a spacious living room, a dinning room and fully equipped kitchen. On the same level there are large verandas around the house where we can enjoy the sea-view and the magnificent sunset of Ververonda. The outdoor area consists of BBQ and outside parking for two cars. Each maisonette is fully furnished and equipped with everything needed for a wonderful vacation by the beach. The property is few steps away from the beach and 10 minute walking distance from the center of village with all necessary holiday facilities shops, restaurants, banks, pharmacy as well as just few minutes drive from the most popular beaches. Itt is located only a short drive from the well known island of Spetses, Ydra and Poros. Additionally to this is very close to the most important ancient archaeological sites of Greece Nauplion (70km), Epidaurus (50km), Mycenae (90km) and Leonidio (150km).

Porto heli can be easily accessed either through an unforgettable two-hour drive from Athens with great stops along the way, or by sea, using the frequent high-speed hydrofoil service from piraeus ( piraeus-porto heli : two and a half hours).
The area is steeped in historical, architectural and mythological significance. Across almost from the village of porto heli lies the ancient city of fishermen. Just a stone's throwaway from ancient epidaurus ( 50km ) and mycenae ( 96km ) , the historic cities of nafplion ( 79km ) and leonidio ( 157km ), the world famous island of spetses ( 5min with sea taxi ) and the picturesque island of hydra ( 45min with flying dolphin ) with the peculiar architecture. The cosmopolitan loutraki ( 105km ) with casino. Also just one hour is what island of poseidon – poros ( 52km ), near the ancient trizina.
