Odalar nispeten temiz olsa da, çift kisilik odalara nedense tek banyo ve yuz havlusu birakilmis, odalar sanki tek kisi icin dösenmiş gibi. Carsaflar da yirtiklar vardi Extra yastik bulmak cok zor. Kahvaltisi zengin. Ama yaz mevsimi klimalarin iyi calismiyor olmasi cok buyuk sorundu. Lokasyonu gayet iyi, otopark sorun değil

REZALET

85 yaşındaki annem ile sadece 1 gece kalacaktık. Otele girişimiz 16:00 civarındaydı hava çok sıcaktı hemen elimizi yüzümüzü yıkadık klimayı açmak istedim sıcak hava veriyordu biraz bekledim ama değişmedi annem çok bunaldı ve ben derhal reception ile iletişime geçtim otel merkezi klima sisteminde bir arıza olduğunu ilgilendiklerini söylediler ama 1 saat sonra öğrendim ki şehir dışından bir parça söylemişler gelecek ve tamir edilecek dediler. Benim bunu beklemeye tahammülüm kalmamıştı 3-4 saat araba yolculuğunun ardından otele girip dinlenmek isterken kabus başladı. daha sonra hotels.com temsilcileri otel ile iletişime geçmek istediler durum sorgusu ve rezervasyon iptali için ancak ingilizce bilen bir tek personel bile yoktu. sonuç olarak odayı terk ettim ve başka bir otele geçtim, rezervasyon iptalini odada BANYO YAPILDIĞI gerekçesiyle yapmadılar. sağlık olsun 1.600.TL hak etmedikleri bir parayı aldılar..

Séjour décevant

Nous n’avons pas passé un bon séjour car la climatisation était en panne et il faisait très chaud ce soir-là. Le réceptionniste nous a assuré que ce serait réparé dans l’heure qui suivait notre arrivée, ce qui n’a pas été le cas. Nous n’avons pas bien dormi. C’est dommage car l’hôtel est tout a fait correct et le petit déjeuner est très bien.
