“This was definitely one of our favorite vacation rentals. Absolutely beautiful! Very peaceful, yet close proximity to town and restaurants, bars, and a casino. We really enjoyed ourselves, and our dog had the time of her life. We highly recommend! We would definitely come back, but we don't vacation in the same area twice. Thanks for providing a true description of your property and amenities. What you see in the photos is what you get...or actually, even better than the photos.”

“Having never stayed at the Waterbury we didn't know what to expect but ended up enjoying our stay there. The hotel overall is kept clean. The 2 bedroom loft plus pullout bed provided decent room for 5 of us, including 3 adult children. The grill and gas fire pit with seating area out front is very nice. Both pools (indoor/outdoor) and hottub were clean and provided an enjoy spot to spend time in the water.
The grounds of the resort are maintained very well too. Only the landscape islands……

“Lovely house and property with a huge yard. Very clean!! It was easy to check in and out. There is no WiFi and the service is spotty but it wasn’t much of an issue for us. Our dogs loved the yard. We grilled and had a fire each night and swam in the lake every day (we walked down a bit to get to the more swim-able part of the beach). Only thing that would improve this place for us would be a fenced in area of the yard for our pips—then it would be perfect!”

“We all had a wonderful time, it is in a great location. Perfect place to relax! We had two older teen boys with us and even they had a great time! They lived in the kayaks, they fished from them and also from the dock. We all enjoyed the game room and yard games. The coffee bar was a nice little perk, especially on the chilly mornings. My husband and I took a bike ride around the neighborhood and everyone was so friendly. We would absolutely recommend the Lake Haus!”

“This place is truly something special! We loved falling asleep the gentle lull of the waves in the harbor. The boat and harbor house were well maintained and had a charming, nostalgic vibe. “Beautiful setting. I don’t realize the water was down stairs or small cliff. We enjoyed the space the property gave us. It was not as clean as I expected. Not enough toweling or toilet paper. Dog poop in the yard. One of our guest stepped in it. It was from a small dog and not ours as that was always picked up. Things need updating or repaired. Had a musty smell. ”

“Lovely cabin. It had everything we needed and is centrally located to different sights and restaurants. Beautiful view too, very peaceful. Only negative for me is that the water is too shallow to swim, but this was easily resolved by going to Roger’s Beach, which I highly recommend and is not that far away. Host was very helpful with my questions and very prompt with responses.”

“Beautiful property with extremely well maintained grounds. It is in a fantastic location that is quiet but close to everything and in the middle of Door County's best. The hosts were incredibly welcoming and friendly and the apartment felt super cozy and had what we needed. They wanted to meet us in person which was sweet. Very dog friendly and spaces to walk our pup. The only thing that could be improved was how hard the bed was to us but that is also just personal preference. We loved it here……

“This property was one of the best places we have rented. It was extremely clean, stocked with anything you could need, it was very quaint. It was myself with three young boys and they had plenty of games and activities available to keep them occupied. The property was in a great location, easy access to everything we wanted to do.
