「As city dwellers, our stay at RAC Holiday Park in Esperance was such a refreshing and memorable experience! It was a true camping adventure, and we loved every moment of it. The setting is fantastic — surrounded by nature, yet with comfortable facilities that made our stay easy and enjoyable.
We especially enjoyed our BBQ night under the stars. It was simple, but one of the highlights of the trip — cooking dinner ourselves and relaxing in the cool evening breeze, away from the usual city rush....

「The behavior of the owner and the management at this property is deeply concerning and unacceptable.
The shared laundry room is marked as usable from 2–6 PM, but the sign is extremely small and nearly invisible at night due to poor lighting.
At around 8:00 PM, I entered only to check the location of the laundry room and whether detergent was sold.
Access to this room requires a special key provided only to guests, meaning I was clearly a legitimate paying guest.
The door was stiff but opened...
