"We loved this beautiful apt. and loved the location. The apt. is large and bright and we had everything we needed. We loved walking across the river and thru the beautiful park to get to the castle. Richard was so friendly and helpful and we want to go back again for sure. The terrace is also wonderful--wish we could have stayed longer to enjoy it more. No grill, no toaster, coffee machine was there but there was moldy coffee left in it. Walls had been repaired in a really poor way in places and the equipment was old and not clean. The internet said that the hotel had 24hr reception but it is only open for limited hours and closed on Tuesdays and Thursdays. The hotel swimming pool was also closed for the first part of our visit. Probably all this was incorporated into the price we paid but the advertising didn't state it."
