「Property was set back from road with a nice fire pit in the yard. House was clean, decorated nicely, and had a welcoming cozy feel. 」

Kitchen has everything you need, the beds are very comfortable, and the fire pit area provides another hangout space. Can’t wait to return. 」

「We were a group of ten. 3’couples & 4 children, ages 11-12. Cabin was perfect for us all. 3 king beds & 2 bunks & double for the kids. The double sided fireplace kept the place cozy & the dinning table for 12 was perfect. Skiing at Bretton woods was fantastic. We would stay there again. 」

「Our family had such a wonderful stay at the cabin. It's labeled as "rustic" but did not feel rustic on the inside. It has every amenity you need, a full kitchen, the bedrooms were wonderful, there were games, puzzles, paddleboards and kayaks. Our kids were busy the whole time, fishing, swimming, and paddling around the beautiful pond, and roasting smores and hot dogs by the firepit. Sitting on the screened in porch at night listening to the family of loons was the best. We took walks and...

「We enjoyed our time in the Franconia cabin. Although it isn’t fancy, it is clean and comfortable. The rustic vibe fit well with our personalities and desire to get away from a fast-paced work life. The wrap-around porch was a real treat! The weather was hot and humid during our stay. We appreciated having access to fans, since the house does not have central AC. Hope to return to Franconia soon!」

「This was a great cabin to stay in. Surprisingly there was air conditioning available. The hot water is on demand so takes some getting used to, but worked great. The access to ATV trails is behind the cabin and thru the campground. A little hard to find but the individuals across the street were very helpful. The cabin came with everything you would need to cook dinner. We did bring a small grill for outside. Overall a great stay and would love to come back. 」
