「Conveniente la ubicación, limpio y desayuno completo. Es un hotel un poco viejo y no modernizado pero limpio y cumple lo que se busca.」

「There’s a wide variety of breakfast options, and the staff are very attentive. 」

「1. Room had a bad smell. 2. There were still dust and white debris on the floor when I checked in. 3. Couldn't make a reservation for the massage as advertised.」

「Every was great」

「六星级的收费，二星级的设施，二星级的服务，有点脑子都不要选这个酒店！差的离谱！it is the worst five star hotel I have ever stayed .」

「Never stayed in such a poor hotel in my life. I know I should not expect much from a "budget" hotel, but at least they should provide with essential goods in the room. Virtually you only get a bed in a very small room to sleep and nothing else; no shampoo (there was a shampoo bottle but it was empty. Although I asked the staff to refill but they ignored my request), no drink water, no cups to take water from tap. The room was small and dirty. Breakfast was OK but the foods were the same every...

「The hotel is very basic. The rooms are quite small, and the hotel seems to operate at full capacity most of the time. They are generally unable to accommodate early check-in or late check-out. Guests have to wait in the lobby until 3:00 PM, and then suddenly all the rooms seem to become available for check-in at the same time. There is no iron in the room. If you need one, you have to go to the front desk, get a special key, and access the first floor, which is a little inconvenient. The...

「muy lindo y acogedor, las personas muy amables」

「- Check-in rapido - Inmejorable ubicación - Lobby, recepción y comedor muy buenos.

「Surfaces in the room were covered in sticky marks from drinks glasses & one of the pillow cases had burn marks or stains on it. The bathroom mirror had toothpaste or soap splatters on it too. The bed was comfortable but we booked for twin beds & got a double instead! There was a decent spread for the breakfast, & it was labelled with a description in English as well. But no decaf coffee option was available. A lot of the staff were very helpful & friendly, but the ladies at the check in desk...

「Lorenzo was very friendly and helpful」

「I have nothing but positive things to say about my five night stay at this hotel. I love the location.. in a residential area which was relaxed and not touristy yet not far from the heart of Copacabana and just a short taxi ride or bike ride from Ipanema. I had a partial ocean view room which was spacious and very comfortable! There was excellent water pressure and plenty of hot water.. and the bed was very comfortable. The staff throughout the hotel were very friendly, gracious and...
