The property features 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, thoughtfully distributed across the upper and second upper floors to ensure privacy and comfort for all occupants.

On the main level, a spacious and bright living and dining room welcomes you with modern yet cosy furnishings, electric shutters, and direct access to the patio. Adjacent to it, a fully equipped kitchen also benefits from natural light and opens onto the same living area. The entire ground-level living space is finished with natural stone floors, lending the home an elegant and timeless character.

On the upper floor, 2 bedrooms are located, each with its own private bathroom complete with a bath, bidet, WC, and hand-basin, as well as air conditioning and electric shutters. The first of these rooms contains 2 beds measuring 90 cm by 190 cm, while the second contains 2 beds measuring 90 cm by 200 cm. Both rooms offer direct access to the terrace. On the second upper floor, a third bedroom features a dressing room and a french bed measuring 180 cm by 200 cm, along with a hand-basin and a private bathroom equipped with a bath, shower, bidet, and WC, as well as air conditioning and access to the terrace. A large balcony and terrace furnished with outdoor furniture complete the outdoor spaces, all enjoying a very beautiful view of the garden.
