"Reina Sofia II" is a beautifully renovated 3-room apartment spanning 85 m2, located on the 4th floor with a south-east facing position that offers a very beautiful view of the ocean and the city. The apartment accommodates a maximum of 4 guests across 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, making it an ideal vacation rental for couples or small families. The living and dining room is a welcoming and well-appointed space featuring a digital TV and access to the terrace. The first bedroom is furnished with 1 French bed measuring 150 cm in width and 200 cm in length, comfortably sleeping 2 persons, and is complemented by a private bathroom with a bath and WC. The second bedroom is equipped with 1 double bed, also measuring 150 cm in width and 200 cm in length, and is served by a separate shower room with WC. The fully equipped kitchen opens onto the terrace as well, providing a pleasant space for outdoor dining or relaxation. The terrace extends to 10 m2 and is accessible from both the living area and the kitchen. Throughout the apartment, natural stone floors add an elegant and refined aesthetic to the overall interior.
