Enjoy this cozy townhouse full of charm tastefully renovated et located in the heart of Étel. Functional, perfectly equipped and located in a quiet alley, it benefits from 2 private courtyards with garden furniture, one for enjoying a coffee in the East in the morning and the other in the West for aperitifs on evening.
In the immediate vicinity of shops and the market - Marina 450 m - Etel beaches 900 m - Erdeven beaches 7 km. Carnac 13 km. Auray and the port of Saint-Goustan 18 km away. Quiberon at 23 km.
This house of approximately 70 sqm on 3 levels includes:
- On the ground floor :
Access to a first courtyard facing South-West with garden furniture et parasol
Living room with sofa, television, free WiFi access et board games, overlooking
Equipped and fitted kitchen (dishwasher, washing machine, fridge-freezer, induction hob, hood, oven, microwave, Senseo coffee maker, toaster, kettle)
