Apartment on the 3rd floor of a small south-facing residence with a lift. Beach in front of the residence - Shops at 100 m and Etel marina at 400 m.

This 37 square meters apartment including:

Entrance
Fitted and equipped kitchen (dishwasher, fridge, freezer, gas rings, cooker hood, oven, microwave, coffee maker, toaster), open on
Living room (TV) giving access to a south-facing balcony with garden furniture
Shower room with [hidden] and washing machine
Cabin area with a 2x90 bunk bed (duvets)
Bedroom with a 140x190 double bed (duvet)

Beautiful location for this south facing apartment facing the ria of Etel near the beaches and shops.

Fixed price for charges costs in extra 40€ per week,except from May 23rd to Septembre 20th 2025.

Semaine Etel

L'hébergement est très bien situé, avec vue sur la barre d'Etel et au pied du plan d'eau. La deco vintage et d'origine est sympathique. Le logement dispose de tout le confort nécessaire. Le parking privatif est très appréciable, notamment les jours d'affluence. L'accueil de l'agence a été agréable.
