“We had a great stay at this lovely holiday apartment! It's cozy, comfortable and had everything we needed. One of the best parts was the location— well connected by foot and public transportation, with tram stop and key places just a short walk away. Manu was very kind and helpful host and regularly checking in to make sure everything was okay.”

“En general, la vivienda es lo esperado.
Sin embargo, aclarar que la plaza de garaje es muy estrecha por lo que te ves obligado a maniobrar mucho para entrar a la plaza y algo que nos desagradó considerablemente es que cuando uno alquila la vivienda en base a la ocupación (4 personas) luego existe un suplemento de 10€/ persona día por ocupante, me explico, cuando se reservó la vivienda se hizo porque era para 4 personas, a la hora de reservar por torpeza se puso sólo un ocupante, cuándo se quiso……

“Lovely house in serene countryside. It's some distance from Bilbao which was my target destination but the bus service was efficient and punctual. The one-mile walk from the property to the bus-stop was through an extremely peaceful woodland setting. Imanol was the perfect host.Assisted by Imanol's car I had no difficulty navigating the area & spending my evenings in friendly Gordexola so a hire car was not essential for me.”

“Fantastisch appartement met uitzicht over de rivier prachtige keuken, geweldig groot en schoon. Er is een plek in de parkeergarage op 10 minuten lopen. Bagage voor de deur in- en uitlaten is mogelijk. Buurt achter het appartement is niet prettig, maar het appartement zelf ligt prachtig gelegen en is erg comfortabel. Leuke restaurants in buurt. Tram naar het centrum is vlakbij. Supermarkt en diverse delicatesse winkels zijn ook op loopafstand.”

"A disappointing experience - written by my husband who was the one who stays at this hotel
Spent a night in the Artist Gran hotel of Arts on my way back from the Camino de Santiago. I do not know if it was because of my backpack and casual pilgrim dressing but from the start, the service was a bit arrogant. I booked a room with queen size bed (indicating preference on high floor), but was given a DOUBLE bed for 3rd floor. As for the view, Smart Inner View means facing the window of your neighbor (welcome back to the dormitory in the Albergue!). An experience certainly not to be repeated. Get yourself an hotel with better service. You deserve better!"

"Bad service and accommodation for the price!
For a new hotel the room is extremely badly designed. No socket for the kettle, constant buzzing sound from the electric box and poor drainage in the shower leading to a bad smell. Cleaning is also bad. Used toothpick found in the sink area and left there for four days. Mugs left unwashed. Coffee/amenities in the room not topped up.
Breakfast is not worth the money and runs out of food at least an hour before breakfast is due to finish, staff very lazy and don’t attempt to top up the food or clear plates from tables (whilst eating food in front of guests). Same level of poor service was seen in the rooftop bar, with glasses all over near the pool. All staff need a significant amount of training to be at an acceptable standard. "
