“The property was good for what we needed. Property manager was very nice and communicated well with us. Since we were there for my son’s surgery and recovery, we spent a lot of time in the apartment and planned to cook most of our meals. Kitchen isn’t stocked very well for that so just be aware. A toaster, measuring cups, baking sheet for oven, etc would have been appreciated. We also had to buy and replace all the batteries in the tv remotes since none of them worked. Not major issues but……

“We enjoyed this very stylish apartment in a quiet neighborhood and most especially our morning coffee on the balcony. The weather was perfect - warm with a lovely breeze. Street parking was always available in front of the apartment. Easy travel to the Stockyards and downtown. A bottle of wine was a welcome gift along with K-cups and snacks.”

“The place looked a little sketchy at first as it’s in back of an apartment building in a quaint neighborhood. But the owners did a good job of making it feel like home and safe at night with lots of lighting. The amentities inside were not updated but didn’t seem to matter as I had everything I needed it was very clean. The bed was comfy. I was a very short walk to many bars and restaurants and my companies office on Magnolia. Would stay here again.”

“Much more economical and spacious option for our family of 4. Quick ride into downtown. Nice little pool with a Baja ledge. VERY clean and well-equipped. Comfy beds and modern/attractive aesthetic. Definitely recommend!”

“We had the absolute best trip to Dallas for the eclipse & staying here was there cherry on top! The space was awesome with absolutely everything you could need. The outdoor area with an amazing pool was where we spent most of our time! Super private in a very safe, family-friendly neighborhood. Haley was very helpful & communicative & check-in/out were a breeze. We’d definitely stay here again when in the area.”
