「I'll be honest, this place doesn't leave the best first impression but it really grew on me after the first night and did become a cozy retreat after doing touristy things in STL. Has everything you need at a cheaper price than a hotel room, it's easy to get to the building, private parking spot, the buliding itself has a keypad entry so feels secure, nice neighborhood, and even has a small area out back for dogs. With that said, I probably wouldn't stay here with more than 2 adults unless...

「This loft was very clean, cozy, and comfortable. We enjoyed our stay immensely. The beds were comfortable. Enough space in the loft to sit and spread out. Fans everywhere except the master. Kitchen and bathrooms were supplied well. A full-length mirror in the closet. Host was very accessible. We enjoyed the coffee shop around the corner. One designated parking spot right beside the stairs going up to the door, so we did not have to search for parking. Loft was pretty quiet.」

「It was a nice apartment, there were 4 minor issues. The people on the first floor were smoking weed in their apartment and you could smell it all throughout and they kept leaving the secure outer door unlocked and open to everyone. Parking was a mess and we could not park in front or the building.
