The owners were great, as was the breakfast. The room we were in - Willow Cottage was terrific, lots of amenities you don't find every trip, and anything we needed the owners helped with. The Inn is on a cute street with a number of other BNB type places and Inns, and is on the historic loop in Eureka Springs. However the traffic was light and not a bother. We highly recommend.

We enjoyed our stay at the 5 Ojo B & B.The Willow cottage was close to the Breakfast area which was fabulous and was very private. We also enjoyed the outdoor hot tub! We were also just steps away from the Trolley stop which we recommend for getting around the Downtown area and ThornCrown Chapel. Tom and Susan were great hosts and very helpful navigating the area. We would definitely stay here again!

We loved everything about our stay at 5 Ojo B&B! The breakfast offerings were top notch, we looked forward to it every day and we aren't even big breakfast eaters! What a great way to start the day and we really enjoyed visiting with the other people staying at the B&B. The owners are very helpful, this was our first time to Eureka Springs and Susan provided us with excellent and very helpful information that made our stay so much more enjoyable! The location is perfect and has a trolley stop which made it so easy to get around, we never had to drive our car the entire length of our stay. The cookies on our door at night upon our arrival back to our cottage after a long day of adventure were such a nice little extra surprise! Also thankful for the bottled water in our fridge and the sunken bathtub to soak in. The bed was big and soft. We never got a chance to go to the hot tub so I guess we'll have to come back someday! 😊 Highly recommend!

Very nice B&B. Walkable to most of Eureka Spings, but is quite hilly. If the climb is tough the Trolley Stop is right in front of the property. The hosts are fantastic, will go back
