Loft at the lake is a two bedroom, two bath townhome with a fun loft. Funky farmhouse vibe. Quiet lake neighborhood but close enough to Eureka Springs. Sit on the front porch and enjoy your favorite beverage! Located on Table Rock Lake Holiday Island is a perfect vacation spot. The island has tennis, basketball courts, putt putt golf and golf courses (fees apply) that guests can use. Lake access at the marina is a minute away. Close to Eureka Springs for nightlife, shopping and fun family events. House features two bedrooms, two baths, updated lake style. Porch with grill for outdoor dining or to enjoy your coffee in the morning.

Seven miles from downtown Eureka Springs and the Passion Play. 1/2 mile from Holiday Island Marina, ramp , boat and kayak rentals. Enjoy all the amenities of Holiday Island 27 holes of golf, country club, tennis/basketball courts, hiking and more. Close to world class trout fishing at Roaring River State Park and the White River. Kings River for floating and small mouth bass fishing. See the big cats at Turpentine Creek Wildlife Refuge. Little bit further is Dogwood Canyon Nature Park, Promised Land Safari Park and Silver Dollar City in Branson.

No windows
Never in my life have I ever stayed in a rental that was void of fresh air. Why would you have built such a place? Not being able to open windows to have some fresh air ventilation made all of us ill. No fan above the stove? The handles to open the front door were broken. A piece fell off upon unlocking the door. The fire alarm did not work. There was old food and cobwebs behind the microwave. There was rotting food under the couch. Then to top it off you had toxic air fresheners placed around the house. Do you know how poisonous those are? Especially when you cannot open a window. You should research how cancer causing those things are. The stove doesn’t work properly. The burners kept coming unplugged basically because of not having the right size of protection plates under each burner. Please take what I’ve said to heart. At least put some locking screen doors on both front and back entrances so it could allow for some ventilation. Sorry if this offends you but after paying $1000 plus to end up sick I’m pretty upset about the situation.

My sister and I brought our parents up to eureka spring as a mother : Father’s Day gift. They have everything and hard to buy for so we enjoy taking them on a trip. Area was perfect. Quiet location but close enough for passion play and site seeing in Eureka Springs. Host was very nice and responded right away. Highly recommended

The Loft at the Lake was wonderful. There was plenty of space. It was stocked with all the essentials. It was very clean and check in was a breeze. If we are in the area again, we will definitely try to stay at The Loft.
