Master bedroom has KING BED, private bath, 20-inch TV, and sliding glass doors to deck. Second bedroom has queen bed and 19-inch TV. Living room has FIREPLACE, queen size sleeper sofa, 43-INCH FLAT SCREEN LCD TV, ceiling fan, vaulted ceiling with skylights, and sliding glass doors to a 9x30 deck. WALKING DISTANCE TO THE RECREATION CENTER (the pool at the recreation center is private and not available for guest use, but other activities are available for guest use for a fee) and nine-hole golf course (300 yards). Free WIFI access provided. Gas grill. NO SMOKING.

We are located in Holiday Island in the heart of the Ozark Mountains on Table Rock Lake, which has 900 miles of shoreline. Branson Missouri and Silver Dollar City are within an easy hour's drive, and downtown Historic Eureka Springs and The Great Passion Play are less than a ten minute drive.

Holiday Island is a great place for family reunions!

Holiday Island has two premier golf courses. A nine-hole course on the Island and an 18-hole course.

The Holiday Island beach is available to all guests. The seasonal communal pool at the recreation center is available by presenting the pool pass and paying the use fee.

Cancelation for Property Rentals - We happily guarantee your reservations and only expect you to guarantee your arrival. If you must cancel for any reason (including weather, family emergencies or for the health and safety of your family from COVID-19), your deposit will be refunded if you cancel at least 30 days prior to your intended arrival date. If you cancel, reschedule or switch properties with less than the required notice, your deposit will be refunded or applied to a future date ONLY IF we are able to re-rent all of your reserved days. Otherwise, your deposit will be applied to any unrented days, with the remainder refunded to you. If you cancel less than 72 hours prior to arrival, you will be charged for the entire stay unless we are able to re-rent the property. NO REFUNDS FOR EARLY DEPARTURES. No shows will be CHARGED THE FULL AMOUNT! Please note that third party bookings, VRBO or Airbnb, may have different cancelation policies.

A 50% deposit is required and is refundable only in accordance with the cancelation policy. The maximum number of guests for this property, including children, is six. There is also an additional charge of $10.00 per night over holiday periods and special events. A two night minimum stay is required on all rentals and a three night minimum on holidays and special events. The maximum number of pets is 2. If you are bringing your pet(s), please let us know how many pets you will be bringing in the comment section of the reservation request.
