"We tend to use this hotel every time we are in or out of CDG. The FREE CDGVal automated train is excellent and very convenient -5 minutes walk to the hotel. We've always had great experiences here. However, for some reason, thus time we were given a wheelchair accessible room. Thus was VERY well planned for anyone with a wheelchair. Huge bathroom, wheelchair accessible shower, minimal intrusive furniture in the bedroom ( one plastic chair). However, it was a little too "care home " for our liking-and the bathroom was very cold next morning . To be fair though the manager/supervisor on duty took our complaints seriously and offered us our buffet breakfast at no cost as an apology. Excellent customer care. We'll definitely stay here next time as its just so convenient."

"Amazing hotel. Super clean. Friendly staff. Enteral location. The breakfast was brilliant. So much choice. Loved the toasting marshmallows and relaxing in the net. Also used the spa - gorgeous and that bar is stunning. "

"The room is bigger than expected and check in is quick. They have 2 property opppsite each other, with the latter just using card access for entry though they do have cctv monitoring it. But door close within 2 to 3 sec after entering hence it is pretty safe for solo traveller. "

"The rooms are quite Spartan, so you partly pay For location right in airport. Restaurant also pretty basic but food ok. But there is what you need and worth it if you have an early flight"
