I booked a room with queen size bed (indicating preference on high floor), but was given a DOUBLE bed for 3rd floor. As for the view, Smart Inner View means facing the window of your...

「房間很大，地方很好用。十分清潔。 」

「Excellent service, highly recommended.」

「Clean rooms, spacious. Liked that it has a small open kitchen, and also a washing machine. Centrally located. Double glazed windows so it was quiet in the room too!」

「The location is perfect for a day tour at Bilbao. Right next to the Guggenheim Museum within walking distance to the old city, other tourist spots and nice restaurants.」

「Excellent location. Clean comfortable room. Helpful staff. Highly recommend this hotel.」

「Facile accesso, con tutto quello che serve」

「All good, highly recommended 」

「Well located hotel which had a nicely furnished modern room. Staff were helpful on arrival and the room was cleaned to a good standard each day.」

「Very clean and spacious. Great amenities (kitchenette, fridge, stove top, utensils). 4 minutes walk to the intermodal (public transport). Location is safe and within 30-minute walk from the Guggenheim and bridges to old towns.」

No socket for the kettle, constant buzzing sound from the electric box and poor drainage in the shower leading to a bad smell. Cleaning is also bad. Used toothpick found in the sink area and left there for four days. Mugs left unwashed. Coffee/amenities in the room not topped up. Breakfast is not worth the money and runs out of food at least an hour before breakfast is due to finish, staff very...
