“Beautiful property, lovely location, comfortable beds and great water pressure in showers. The downside to this property not enough tea towels, The television downstairs doesn’t work and we had three cars one parked over the driveway to in the garage, Received a parking fine for parking over the driveway, there isn’t much parking in the street. If you are an older person the driveway is on a very steep angle Besides that are beautiful stay”

“The whole holiday was a wonderful experience. I wish it could have been longer, but we are already planning to return. The house was an ideal holiday home for us both and our pet dog who enjoyed the yard and the dog beach not far away. Evans Head itself is a very relaxing destination, with the beach, the bowlo, and areas nearby that we explored. The whole process of check-in/check out were simple and uncomplicated. “With no ac it was very hot.. a few things were broken and no second gas bottle for second bbq.. did not make up sofa bed as I said 8 adults 2 children as it sleeps 10 it advertised.. So took sheets from other house I had booked to make up bsofa bed seems as though we had a few cancel last minute..”

“Grey Havens has such a homely feel - we were all at peace straight away 😊 We visited during a heatwave so the air conditioning was greatly appreciated! This place had absolutely everything we needed and more - so as a family of six it minimised our packing too! Made for a great mini holiday ☀️”

“House was good, Needs a few more basic things in it like a mirror in the bedrooms, a hairdryer. Was disappointed with not having the linen on the beds which I had ordered and paid for a couple of weeks before we arrived. I had to call around at night to get some.”

“Appliances inside the property need to be updated for example dishwasher door didn’t close, bbq is rusty would not cook my food on it, Hot plates did not get very hot and oven didn’t heat up at all and no regular drinking glasses if these were fixed or replaced would recommend this property to family and friends. A clothes dryer would of been nice to dry linen and towels for when it rains.”

“It was clean and handy to the bowling club dining facilities. A downside was that The lighting was stark and not relaxing. ”

“Very quite and had everything. The back deck was lovely with the morning sun. All the screens and doors need a good clean. Probably in need of a good maintenance check, as one of the stove burners does not work and the bedside lamps in the master did not work. The house is very cold with our stay in late May & only one heater and no air-conditioning.”
