The hotel was noisy all night long! the room was dirty. It looked like mold above the shower and we found black hair on our white sheets. The TV screen was filthy.

Receptionist was very helpful. We needed an early check-in as my husband had an appointment in the hospital. They let us access the room at 12.30pm without extra charge. Our wish to have a quiet room was also granted by giving us a room on the 3rd floor away from the busy road. We had room 315 which was updated, nice and clean. All in all a pleasant stay.

Hotel room was okay. Breakfast was also okay. I had issues with my key card on my second night and it wouldn’t let me back into my room. The receptionist working was very unhelpful and rude. I had to wait almost half an hour as she tried different keys before finally contacting maintenance to get my room door open. Overall very poor customer service.

The price and beds made the stay worth it. Also very quiet at night. The breakfast shouldn’t be advertised as the options were really rough, the kitchen room is a graveyard of broken appliances and the room had an odd smell,

Didn’t stay there- way too many bad reviews involving bedbugs and other horrible unpleasantness earned my wife’s veto. The front desk person was also not very nice when we courtesy called to cancel the room, knowing we would not get a refund. Spend a bit more to stay somewhere else.

I rented this place for my grandmother and some other family members and i assumed it would be clean and safe for them since every other red lion I’ve seen has been fairly nice. There was visual stains on the bed and they had a strange approach them on property while they were still in their car asking for a smoke.

Rooms were dirty and full of bugs and smells horrible. The staff were ignorate and they knew it was dirty and didn’t even say sorry or accommodate another clean room. Got the stay for 2 days but only stayed for one night and if we had another option we wouldn’t even stayed but came at 3 am and had babies and little kids. Worst place ever. It might have the name of red lion hotels but they have none of the standards

It wan alright stay. It was a bed and a roof. Other tenants were...loud. there were a few long dark hairs around the room...kinda gross. The breakfast is...the absolute basic you get in order to be considered a 3 star hotel. And not the greatest part of town. But there were some fun restaurants to visit.

I guess I expected a lot more from a red lion anyway avoid this place at all costs

Well the bed was comfortable, that's about it. Water pressure was non existent. Had to wait about 15 minutes to even get a luke warm shower. We were in a king suite and the TV in the living room didn't work. "Breakfast " was basically non existent. Provided a coffee maker but no coffee. Parking lot was sketchy at night when we came back. If you just want a place to sleep, this is it.

The room was dingy and if cleaned not cleaned well. The beds and sheets were clean. The towels in the bathroom looked ragged and were thin like what you would find by the pool area. We were told there would be a fridge and there was not. There was food on the floors under the beds visible when you sat on the bed. The breakfast was very minimal. Night staff was not helpful but when we checked out after night one (we were booked for 2 nights) the gentleman at the front desk was helpful and kind. The front desk picture shown on the hotel listing has to be AI as the lobby does not look like the picture shown. Deadbolt in the door seemed to be glued so that it would not work. Anytime any of the doors were opened it sounded as though someone was coming into our room and our door had to be pushed hard to open it.
