“We stayed for 5 nights and nobody can to change the sheets to the bed or give fresh clean towels. We put the sign at the door and nothing, the front desk was too busy and said they will but they didn’t. Maybe because of the World Cup they were busy, but they knew was going to be like that and the price we paid was not worth it at all.”

“There was a tornado warning and a terrible storm. We were asked to stay on the ground level near the shelters under the stairs. The Bistro was open and serving food. The staff pitched in to help and got us fed. They were very comforting to those who weren't used to tornado warnings. We were impressed at how well they handled those who were scared. The room was comfortable and clean. We enjoyed our breakfast. It was nice to have the option to take it to go.”
